Processing Times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-orders or items marked "made-to-order" may require additional time, as indicated on the product page.

Shipping within Mainland France
– Standard delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay: 2 to 5 business days.
– Free shipping on orders of €70 or more via Mondial Relay only.
– A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

International Delivery
We ship to various European countries and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees may apply depending on the delivery country.
