For orders placed for delivery to a country other than metropolitan France, you are considered the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of SARL Kynox. They are to be borne by you and are your sole responsibility, regarding both declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to check these matters with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid for in euros.
SARL Kynox reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed, subject to availability. The products remain the property of SARL Kynox until full payment of the price has been received.

Returned items must be complete and in their original condition (including packaging, accessories, and manuals). You are held liable for the condition of the items during this process; any damage sustained by the product may result in the forfeiture of your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site https://polelovers.com/ and within the limits of available stock. For products not held in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
Should a product become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled, and no payment will be charged to your account.
Furthermore, the website https://polelovers.com/ is not intended for the sale of products in large quantities. Consequently, SARL Kynox reserves the right to refuse orders for identical items.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address specified during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, you will be sent an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery timeframe originally indicated.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will refund the product cost and shipping charges in accordance with Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
For deliveries made by a carrier, SARL Kynox cannot be held liable for delivery delays resulting solely from the customer's unavailability following multiple appointment offers.
Article 9 - Warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be made via email within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, including all components (accessories, packaging, manuals, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the rate charged, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of payment.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from exercising the right of withdrawal set out in Article 6.
